With our recent trip back to the US to visit our families we brought back only a few items to Italy. Two of them we used to commemorate the 4th of July holiday - obviously something not celebrated in Italy.
Stadium mustard that we fondly recall from sporting events in Cleveland and a glass from the brewery that my nephew works for (the beer is my own homebrew).
