Hail to the Victors - Buckeyes!
Last night we listened via the internet to “1460 The Fan” out of Columbus for the play-by-play of “The Game”. The broadcast began at 9:30 PM our time and the game was not decided until after 1:00 AM this morning. We did our best to subdue our excitement during the 2nd half for the benefit of our neighbors.

The outcome was as I had expected, The Ohio State University Buckeyes beat “the team up north” despite giving them every opportunity to win with turn-overs and critical penalties. Now it is on to the Fiesta Bowl, where Jim Tressel is undefeated, for the BCS National Championship. The opponent for the Buckeyes in that game is yet to be determined.
