Seven Moves in Seven Days!

Back in Lucania!

Okay so maybe I didn’t make that many moves from Alexandria, VA to Cleveland, OH to Roma and finally to Lucanella. When I was done my body thought it was too much and I had a nasty cold for a few days that prevented me from doing most of the things I wanted to do at our new place.

Now I am settling into our house in Basilicata.

I have been catching up with meeting the people Valerie become friends with here since our house purchase was finalized at the beginning of the year. Young and old have welcomed us to the town; it will take me awhile to remember all the new faces and names.

We have been busy determining priorities for house purchases and where to put things while also dealing with some bureaucracy. Since that was one of the reasons for returning now we jumped into that process last week and I will have more later.

We are here, we have a home, and we are being welcomed by new friends. Everything else will happen in its appointed time.

I have to thank you for sharing. So its nice to be having a home. In time you will get to know everyone and they will be your friend. one of the most important things when you move into a new place is a warm welcome and everything else will fall into place. Enjoy!

Nelly - We have been getting to know a lot of people, you are right about that being part of the positive experience.
