The loaders were here today to load our belongings onto the rental truck for the trip across the US. They got everything on the truck with just a little space left for some loose items. When the packers finished packing the house yesterday there was more than we expected, after all we have gotten rid of over the past few months.
Tomorrow we will be leaving New Mexico for the upper Midwest with some stops on the way to visit family and friends and to store our belongings. We are looking forward to the monotony of the drive compared to the hectic pace of the last few weeks of getting ready to be at this point in our move to Italy.
Now I'll be disconnecting our cable internet and we will be at the mercy of what internet service we can access for at least a week.
